We've been quietly finishing a 4,800 sqft custom build in Highland over the last seven months — and as of Friday, the doors are open by appointment.
This one was a special project. The clients moved on (gorgeous problem to have — their plans changed before close), so for the next 14 days the home is available as a one-of-one purchase before it hits MLS.
A few things that won't show up in photos: the kitchen is plumbed for a second dishwasher, the primary bath has a steam shower, and the garage was wired for two EV chargers. The clients didn't cut corners — we don't let them.
